You can return an item within 14 working days of placing your order for a full refund or exchange (for pre-order items these can be returned within 14 working days from the day your order was received). All returned items must be unworn and in re-sellable condition, with the tags still attached and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to return the item back to the customer if these conditions aren't met.
